Delivery Information
Please note that prior to delivery your purchase is throughly inspected by our quality control department to ensure you receive your product in first class condition. In the case of pre-owned items any noteable quality issues will be mentioned in the product description prior to purchase. All pre-owned items are cross referenced to the product description prior to shipping.
All purchased items will be sent by a signed for delivery service. If you are in the United Kingdom the delivery of your goods will be sent by the follwing methods: If the item(s) you are purchasing is up to the value of £75 then your purchase will be sent via Royal Mail first class recorded delivery. If the item(s) you are purchasing is £75 or more then your purchase will be sent by Royal Mail first class special delivery.
If you are outside the United Kingdom then your purchase will be sent by Royal Mail Airsure which is a signed for service.
Please note that all international customers are responsible for any import duties or local taxes of their own country. W Phillips & Co will not liable for the payment of any foreign tax or import duties.
In all cases your delivery will need to be signed for.
Should there be any difficulties in delivering your item (e.g you not being able to sign for item) and where a re-delivery has to be arranged by W Phillips & Co, the cost of the re-delivery will charged to you.
