Returns Information & Policy

Please note that prior to delivery your purchase is throughly inspected by our quality control department to ensure you receive your product in first class condition. In the case of pre-owned items any noteable quality issues will be mentioned in the product description prior to purchase. All pre-owned items are cross referenced to the product description prior to shipping.

All returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt of goods. Any requests made outside 14 days of receipt of goods will be accepted at the discretion of W Phillips & Co.

All items for return or exchange must have a valid authorisation number issued by W Phillips & Co. In order to obtain an authorisation number, please email us at returns@wphillipsandco.com or alternatively call us on +(44) 020-8472-0805. Once you have received your authorisation number, please follow the instructions issued to you. Items without an authorisation number maybe returned to the sender.

W Phillips & Co will exchange or refund items provided they are in saleable condition. All returned goods must arrive with their original packaging and labels attached.

All items returned as faulty will be subject to inspection. Items deemed to be subject to general wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

W Phillips & Co advises all customers to check items received carefully before removing any labels and before disposing of any packaging.

We can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availabilty. We are unable to process any exchanges for a completely different item.

Any refunds authorised will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation.
